Who is responsible

Shenzhen Xingbaolong Clothing Co., Ltd. is responsible for the information described in this notice. Our production office is at 5F, Building 1, Nangang Second Industrial Park, 1026 Songbai Road, Xili, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, Guangdong 518055, China.

Information we handle

• Information you submit, including your name, work email, company, product requirements, quantities, dates and message.
• Files you choose to upload, such as tech packs, reference images and specification documents.
• Professional contact information obtained from public business sources or reputable B2B data providers when we identify a relevant sourcing contact.
• Basic security and delivery data generated by our hosting and email services, such as IP address, time, browser information and delivery logs.

Why we use it

Depending on the situation, we rely on steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in relevant B2B communication and site security, consent where required, or compliance with law.

• To review enquiries, prepare quotations, arrange samples and take steps toward a manufacturing agreement.
• To maintain relevant business relationships and make limited, targeted B2B introductions where permitted by applicable law.
• To operate, secure and improve the website and prevent abuse of the enquiry form.
• To meet contractual, accounting, export and other legal obligations.

Service providers and international handling

We use service providers for website hosting and security, enquiry delivery and business email, including Cloudflare, Resend and Microsoft 365. Information may therefore be processed in China, the United States and other countries where these providers operate. We use appropriate contractual and technical safeguards where required.

We do not sell personal information. We disclose it only to people and providers who need it for the purposes above, or when legally required.

Retention and security

Initial enquiry and business-contact records are generally kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless an active project, contract or legal requirement calls for a longer period. Suppression records may be retained so we can continue to respect an opt-out.

Reasonable access controls and service-provider safeguards are used, but no internet transmission is completely risk-free. Please request an NDA before sending confidential designs and do not send identity documents, bank details or sensitive personal data through the form.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may ask to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal information, or object to direct marketing. To stop B2B marketing, reply to the message or email sales@xblclothing.com. We will place the address on our suppression list.

You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

Website data and updates

We do not intentionally use advertising cookies or sell browsing information. Our infrastructure may create essential security logs and aggregated website measurements.

We may update this notice when our services or legal obligations change. The date above identifies the current version.
